No Refund Policy/Only Size-Change-Policy;
No Return/No Exchange for Intentional Orders because of International Courier & Custom Charges/issues.
Kindly note that We have a NO REFUND/NO RETURN POLICY for Online Orders. We have a SIZE CHANGE Only Policy and exchange of size of purchased design is only possible.
-KARACHI & LAHORE BASED CUSTOMERS:-
If you are based in Karachi or Lahore & intends to exchange size, just let us know within 3 days of receiving the garment through WhatsApp, Email, Call, Facebook or Instagram messenger. If the garment is unused, we shall exchange size through our own messenger by hand. Please note that exchange process takes time, although it is our top most priority to fulfill customer's exchange request, but please be patient & allow us few days to complete the process of exchange.
To get exchange of size you shall have to courier the garment back within 3 days of receiving the parcel. If the garment is unused we shall exchange it with other size.
If Customer is not based in Karachi & Lahore, customer has to courier us the garment back & we shall send back the exchange asap. Customer has to bear one side courier charges as the exchange send back to customer is also free of delivery charges.
* Cheapest Courier service is Pakistan Post Office service Registered AD.
-By Hand Exchange is possible for Karachi & Lahore based Customers.
Kindly note that exchange of size request should be send to the sale channel where original order was placed.
Website orders can be exchanged by contacting any sale channel & referring to the order number.
Facebook FB Messenger orders are received on FB messenger; so request for exchange should also be send on Facebook messenger only, Whatsapp or phone on phone only. Articles bought from our Physical Shop should be exchanged from shop.Meaning products purchased at shop cannot be exchanged at messenger. Customer should contact zamzama shop for the exchange.
